Refund Policy

Our commitment to a fair and straightforward refund process.

1. Our commitment

Numtica offers a 14-day refund policy on all digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. No questions asked.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date
  • The request is sent from the same email address used at checkout
  • The product was purchased directly through numtica.com

Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of a demonstrable technical error on our part.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@numtica.com with the following information:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The name of the product purchased
  • The approximate date of purchase

We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours and process the refund promptly. You do not need to provide a reason, although feedback is always welcome.

4. Refund processing

All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Once a refund is approved and initiated on our end, the time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. This is typically 5 to 10 business days.

We have no control over the processing time on your bank's side. If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then reach out to us if the issue is unresolved.

5. Digital product access after refund

Upon approval of a refund, any download links or access to the purchased digital product may be revoked. We trust our customers to act in good faith. Refund abuse, including requesting a refund after full use of the product, is grounds for refusal of future purchases.

6. Products not eligible for refund

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases older than 14 calendar days from the purchase date
  • Products purchased through a third-party platform not operated by Numtica
